Description:
Join the thirty-eight local artists of the Shoreline ArtsTrail for their spectacular Open Studios Weekend on November 17-18. A reception at Studio 6 at the Guilford Art Center on November 16 kicks off the weekend and offers an opportunity to meet the artists and to view representative works of each. This showcase remains open throughout the weekend.
Over the weekend, check your ArtsTrail Treasure Maps and hit the road. Visit as many studios as you can. Learn how the work is created and understand the specialized techniques. Get an early start on your holiday shopping. Discover and purchase one-of-a-kind art and fine crafts for your own collection or as gifts for others.
Visit painters, goldsmiths, fiber artists, sculptors, potters, metalsmiths, glass artists, furniture makers, quilters, photographers, blacksmiths, and more throughout Guilford, Madison and Branford. The award-winning artists include Rosemary DeLucco-Alpert, Terry Bogan, R.C. and Rob Bunting, Alice Chittenden, Raffaela Cipriano, Eileen Clark, Jayne Crowley, Jane Cunha, Alan Davidson, Margaret B. Dean, Eileen Eder, David Frank, Gina Grubb Frank, Carol Grave, Anita Griffith, B.
