A letter from the Chamber's President
 The Guilford community and town have so much to offer residents, business owners, and visitors.
The Guilford Chamber of Commerce’s mission is “dedication to increasing the growth, vitality, and well-being of its members and the business community.” Our membership is very diverse, with all types of businesses large and small, and has significantly increased during the last year. We have more members now than ever before. In these challenging economic times, our local business owners recognize the benefits of belonging to the Chamber to help them promote, market and network with other businesses and the communities they serve.
As a local business owner of Page Taft Real Estate, my membership and involvement with the Chamber have been very rewarding professionally as well as personally. Opportunities have included event sponsorship, professional development, and Chamber Committee and leadership activities. This year, I am excited to announce two events that are new to the
Chamber - the Health Expo and the Home Show. In addition, we have added a Tourism Committee to promote our town and its businesses.
I am very proud to be a Guilford Chamber member and know it has contributed to my success as business owner. If you own a business in Guilford or one of the surrounding communities, you should become a member of the Guilford Chamber of Commerce. It will be one of the smartest decisions you make to promote your business.
